I’ve been to this restaurant probably 4 or 5 times but I’m rating it on this one time only because it was fantastic. Mariah was our server and the service was fantastic. We got the deviled eggs appetizer, super good, and the shrimp linguini and pork medallions entrees. Dessert was the chocolate torte. Food was excellent, perfect portion sizes. This was our best experience here so far. Definitely check this place out if you’re in or near Aurora!

I really enjoyed this restaurant's interior! Service was great. Food was excellent and we ate every drop. Drinks were delicious. It is worth going a little out of the way if traveling I-5.

Ambience was very nice and menu had a wide variety. Food was good, but our appetizer arrived after the food. Our server tended to focus on the people nearer the patio door, and we were in the back. Outside dining view was nice.

What a wonderful find place for a delicious meal! The Black Manhattan was exceptional. The walnut bitters really added to the flavor of this cocktail which is my new favorite. I really enjoyed watching the bartender make a wide variety of cocktails. The stuffed mushrooms were filled with cheese, bacon and pesto sauce. They were delicious. My pan seared chicken was so unique and well prepared. The sauce was a pesto cream sauce and it was loaded with Kalmata olives, artichokes and sun-dried tomatoes. The chicken was moist and the sauce unlike anything I have eaten. It was served on top of forbidden black rice. I want to try many items on the menu, but I loved my dish and it would be hard not to order it again. The bread pudding was an amazing desert. We arrived around 4:30 PM without a reservation. We were lucky and got the last table in front of the bar. I will definitely return. Our waiter was engaging and efficient.

Appetizers are fantastic, drinks also fantastic. I only gave a 4 due to a tough pork chop but flavor was great. Atmosphere is classy and farmhouse boujie but a little noisy. Overall a fantastic date night experience with great service. Best place to have a fancy date in the county.

I’ve driven past this place dozens of times and wondered if it was as good as I hoped it could be. It was better. Fantastic menu, great food, and great staff. Shout out to Michael at the bar this afternoon. Watching you do your job and engage with staff and customers was a joy. I’ll be back.

Had a 7:45pm dinner reservation for 2 on a Saturday night, our first time visiting Filberts'. We showed up at 7:40pm to a very lively restaurant, and after 15 min we were showed to our table....in a backroom with a 10-person table and literally no one else. You could hear a pin drop. The food came out VERY slowly but it was really good. The server asked us how everything was at first, and we requested place settings, which I had to get up 10 min later to get myself. The only time the server was in that back room was to drop off food or pick up plates, any time she asked us if we needed anything our requests went unfulfilled. Every time. I'd love some water...never came. I'd love a second Old Fashioned....never came. When we finished dinner and paid, with the server literally standing over me as I typed in her 20% tip into her device, the once-lively main room was now COMPLETELY empty, with chairs on the tables. It was 8:55pm. To diners, I'd recommend an earlier seating if you want to enjoy the atmosphere. To the restaurant, I'd recommend not offering a 7:45pm reservation on your website if you want diners to have a pleasant experience.
